Skyfold® Limited Warranty

Skyfold®’s 3-way warranty carries different guarantees for your protection


  • Parts & labour: 2 years or 5,000 cycles, whichever occurs first from date of shipment
  • Parts only: 10 years or 5,000 cycles, whichever occurs first from date of shipment
  • Acoustical performance:* 5 years or 5,000 cycles, whichever occurs first from date of shipment (*Applicable on Skyfold® Classic products only)

Skyfold® will carry out repairs required to the Skyfold® system due to defects in materials or workmanship, and occurring under normal use, at no charge for parts and/or labour during the warranty period, provided the following conditions have been met:

  • The product was operated according to the manufacturer’s specifications and/or operating instructions;
  • All servicing and inspections have been performed by an authorized Skyfold® dealer according to the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule;
  • The Skyfold system was operated in a normal environment similar to the one that prevailed when it was originally installed;

Skyfold will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any defective parts.

Skyfold’s professional engineers are available to provide design assistance and technical support. We are confident that using Skyfold products will drastically reduce your maintenance costs over the life of your building.
